What is a Modular Home?

While stick built homes are built in their entirety, Schult modular homes are constructed in sections at the company’s state-of-the-art production facilities. Modular homes for sale in Minnesota and the Dakotas are built to meet the precise building codes and standards where you’ll be living.

Constructing Modular Homes

When your new modular home is completed at the factory it will be shipped to your new home site piece-by-piece on flatbed trucks. A team of contractors at your home site will carefully put the pieces together as they arrive at the building site. Once the home is put together and the finishing work has been completed, local inspectors must visit your new home to ensure that contractors have assembled the home according to local safety and building codes.
