Our number one priority is providing you with the best home possible, at the best price possible. When you choose one of our manufactured homes, you are choosing quality and style at an affordable price. We sell a wide selection of Schult manufactured homes to residents across Minnesota, as well as North Dakota and South Dakota.
The manufactured homes we sell to residents of Minnesota and the Dakotas are constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and bring a new image to manufactured homes.
Today’s manufactured home is constructed entirely inside Schult’s state-of-the-art facilities. Each unit conforms to US federal building codes, known as the HUD code, and is guaranteed to provide your family with a safe, secure place to call home. Manufactured homes are constructed on a permanent steel chassis in the factory, and transported to the lot of your choice. The typical home is split into two or three sections for transport, depending upon floorplan and square footage.
When your manufactured home arrives at the site, the sections are joined together to create the home. Manufactured homes can be placed on a permanent foundation, or installed without a foundation. In the latter instance, modern skirting is put in place to cover the steel supports and give your home memorable curb appeal. Local inspectors will even visit your home site to ensure that electrical, gas, and water hookups have been connected according to local safety codes.
We are proud to work as a Schult Home’s provider across northern Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota because their manufactured homes are the standard for quality, without limiting customizability. When you select a manufactured home from Schult, you have the freedom to select the floorplan you want, choose the amenities that suit your family, and rest easy knowing you’ll get a quality home.
Our home specialists are happy to sit down with you in our showroom. We’ll walk you through our list of available manufactured homes, show you available custom floorplans and amenities for your new manufactured home.
