Schult Modular Home Construction

All Schult modular homes are constructed at the company’s state-of-the-art production facility. Modular homes are constructed in sections and shipped to your home site on flatbed trucks. Once the sections arrive, qualified contractors will assemble your home on the foundation of your choosing and local inspectors will verify that your new home exceeds all local and regional codes for safety and quality.
